Shop Policies

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Beach and Brit!  Beach and Brit ships all of our orders via USPS mail.  You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days, for destinations within the United States. Priority shipping is also available and usually takes about 2-5 business days.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such aa those caused by holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via USPS. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Beach and Brit does its best to inspect all items thoroughly and our goal is to be as transparent as possible. Vintage items can range from 50+ years old and will most likely have wear from prior decades but, the garments are structurally sound and any flaws will be notated. Most vintage clothing requires dry cleaning and we will note that in our descriptions. Clothing condition will be rated as such:

Brand new- unused with tags

Used- Almost new- lightly used but no noticeable flaws

Used- Good- minor wear and flaws which are noted in the the description

Used-Fair- Visible signs of wear and noticeable flaws listed in the description

As- Is – garment is not wearable but can be repaired, reworked, used for fabric, or pattern

Sizing is also listed as an approximation if garment tag is missing. Measurements will be listed in the description in inches. Garment is measured laying flat. An example looks like this:

Waist: 15” flat (double the measurement) for a total = 30”

Lastly, slight color variations can differ depending on device brightness and resolution.
