Note: there is a light shining on the skirt in the photos and it is not a spot. Cotton gauze fabric, skirt is lined, waist tie with tassels, off the shoulder elastic fit, decorative trim accents, flounce hem, elastic waist band, 70s vintage style, beach boho, midweight fabric, and maxi length.
