Gorgeous color and fit, reminds me of vintage Betsey Johnson. Lined, short sheer cap style sleeve, diagonal seam accent at hem, sheer overlay, soft square neck, flutter hem, and flattering bias cut. See details

Used Fair- Normal Vintage wear. Areas of various fray holes at bottom of skirt, front, and back- see photos- it’s hard to see them against the lining,unfortunately due to the age of the garment and fabric this is something I see a lot.
