Beautiful detail, flat pleated v collar design, flounce hem, layered tiered flutter sleeves, gorgeous floral and geometric embroidery, lined, cotton, ruffles, keyhole button at back, and black needle work trim.

Pre loved- area on sleeve ruffle where hem thread needs to be tacked down again- easy fix (see photo) and some loose colored embroidery threads. I thoroughly inspect each item and note any obvious flaws. Vintage items usually run smaller in sizing and are not brand new. Color can vary due to lighting and screen resolution.
